Security About Your Credit Card & Information

-We are using the same security system as Yahoo Store. We never have had problem with security of customers credit card and information.
-We do not sell your email address or information to others.

Return Policy
1. Contact us to before return it: return@ebonyline.com

2. You must return within 15 days of delivery
3. Ship the item back to us via UPS Ground/USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Mail
4. We cannot refund shipping/handling and you are responsible for the returning shipping rate
5. We will refund you 80% of the returned product price because of finance charge by credit card company and restocking expense.
6. For the international order of return or refusal of package, you are responsible for sending and returning shipping rate. Also, you are responsible for 
any taxes and duties and process fees which may be incurred by returning or refusal of package. As a result, your refund will be 80% of products after deduction of all fees, taxes and duties and shipping charge.
7. Exchange only Items are weave, braid, wig, dome, half wig, ponytail, caps, hats, bags and apparel when it is in original conditions. We have the right to refuse returns if it's not in original condition. For exchange, you are responsible for shipping fees.

Order Cancellation, Order Change
For cancellation or change of your order, please email at ask@ebonyline.com.
IN case of cancellation or order change, you need to provide order number, shipping information or email address which you provided at the time of order. Without such information, your order cancellation or change not not be processed.
The cancellation or order change should be received  by (US & Canada Central Standard Time):
     
    1 PM, the same day: If you place an order before 1 PM the same day.
    1 PM, the next business day:
If you place an order after 1PM.

If we receive your cancellation  by the above designated  time,  we will cancel your order without any charge.
However, your account may be looked  as if charged. It is not an actual charge but it is temporal hold
by the credit card processing company. It will be released in 5 business days and it has nothing to do with us.

Cancelled order
We cancel your order;
    -When your billing information does not match with the credit card information.
    -If you have different billing and shipping information.
    -By your request according to above criteria

International Orders
-Before placing an order, please find out if there is any import restrictions or regulations, the customer is responsible for any charges towards accepting or returning merchandise.
-The customer is responsible for customs tax and any fees which is charged by the importing country.
-The customer is responsible for any fees and return shipping charge, no exception.

Wholesale or Catalog

-We give you 10% off for an order over $1,000 under your request except Mane n Tail or pre-discounted items.
-We do not publish catalogs.

We do not offer either phone service or take phone orders but we reply your question by email in 24 hours in general.
-Mail Orders: The minimum order is $50 excluding shipping charge. You can get the total including shipping by placing testing order without finalizing order at http://www.ebonyline.com. We accept only money order or postal check.

Cancelled Order
-We cancel your order if your provided information does not match each other or under your request.
-When we cancel your order, we do not charge on your account. You may see charge on your account but it is not actual charge by www.EbonyLine.com.
-It is temporal allocation  for order by the credit card company and it will be credited automatically back to your account several days later. If there is charge on your account after  cancellation of order, please contact your credit card company first. Then, they tell you about it.

** Manufacturers sometimes change the design of the item with the same contents without notice. As a result, you may receive different design of  the good

with the same model number.
**The bonus size picture of an item may be changed to regular size without notice. The bonus size supply depends on manufacturers' promotion

Credit Card Charge Back
If you file chargeback for your credit card charge and the case is revesed, you'll be charged for $18 for each chargeback process fee. The credit card processing company charges us $16 for an each chargeback, and we charge $18 for each chargeback.
