How do you start earning reward points? First, you need to be logged into your account, or if you don't have an account, take 1 minutes to create one; simply click the "My Account" text link on the top right corner of the website's header. From there, scroll to the orange "Create an Account" button and fill in your details. That's it! You MUST create an account to begin earning reward points on your purchases!

Once logged into your account, make a purchase. Whenever you make a purchase, you earn a point for every dollar amount your spend. Remember, if you are not logged into your account, the shopping cart will not know to assign you with reward points - be sure to log in before you complete your order and remit payment.

How to Earn Points

1. Whenever you make a purchase, you earn a point equal to the dollar amount your spent. (Doesn?t include taxes or shipping costs.)

How to View or Redeem YOUR Reward Points

Your account will maintain a balance of your reward points. When you are ready to view or redeem your reward points, log-in to your account using the "My Account" text link and look for the "My Rewards" section on your account page. This area will maintain a total of your reward points. Want to redeem your reward points? Click the Redeem Rewards under "My Rewards?. Once you send us your Reward Redeem request we will review it in 24 hours and fulfill by sending you a Gift Code. Please use you Gift Code in your checkout page?s COUPON CODE and click apply button to see the discount. Reward Points Program Information

Not all products are available for purchase with reward. Reward points are non-transferrable and will not be redeemed for cash, nor used as back-credit toward previous purchases. We reserve the right to revise or discontinue our Reward Points program at any time. Point earnings are rounded to the nearest dollar spent. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You can earn Bonus points by purchasing during specific promotional events or through the purchase of select products.

Reward Adjustment

Your Rewards points balance will be adjusted for any returned and refunded merchandise. All canceled order will be subject to modification to your reward point. If you return merchandise purchased with a Rewards Point, the Rewards Point amount will be credited first. Any remaining amount will be credited against the original payment type(s). The Rewards Point can be used towards another purchase prior to its original expiration date.

Program Changes/Termination

Ebonyline.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the Program rules, benefits, terms, conditions and limitations, or to cancel the Program entirely at any time without prior notification. If ebonyline.com terminates the Program, remaining, unused Point balances will be forfeited.
