Overall this is a great product, easy to use and feels good on the hands. No tangling like other brands I've used in the past. There is a little shedding when separating but that's minor. The colors are beautiful and plan to purchase again

I was pleasantly surprised. This synthetic hair did not snarl horribly, was easily separated, and curled nicely with steam. Good price point as well. Excellent customer service.

I like this hair. It is not too heavy even when doing long braids and it's easy to work with. It doesn't get tangled to the point that u gotta throw the hair out. It's also convenient that I don't have to wash it with ACV beforehand. Wish they had more colors :)
