Ebonyline Reward & Points Program allows us to show how much we value you as a customer by giving you points for every dollar you spend at Ebonyline.com. How it works is simple. Whenever you make a purchase, you earn Reward Points. Once you reach 50 points, you can start using the points on your next order.

1. Create an Ebonyline.com Account

• Click the "Create an Account" button and fill in the details.
• We can't track your Reward Points unless you have an account with us. Be sure to log in first to submit your order and payment.

2. Start Shopping and Earn Reward Points!

• Earn one point per every dollar you spend at Ebonyline.com (excludes taxes and shipping).
• You can view all your earned yet unused points in the "Rewards" tab on the bottom right of the site.

• You will receive exclusive offers, instant discounts, and product specials, which are only offered to Ebonyline.com Newsletter subscribers.

You can view your balance in the “Rewards” tab on the bottom right of the site.

2. Redeem at Checkout

Click on the “Rewards” tab on the bottom right of the site to see the list of ways to redeem your points. Every 50 reward points can be applied towards your purchase of $1. You can use your points up to 25% of your total amount.

Reward Points Program Information

Not all products are available for reward points. Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor used as back-credit toward previous purchases. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue or terminate this Reward Points program at any time at our discretion. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You can also earn bonus points by purchasing specified promotional events or through the purchase of select products.

Reward Points Adjustment

Rewards points balance will be adjusted for any merchandise that is returned or refunded. If you return or cancel an order you purchased with Rewards Points, the applicable credit will be added back to your point balance. Any remaining amount will be credited against the original payment type(s). In such cases, Reward Points can be used towards another purchase before its "original" expiration date.

Program Changes / Termination

Ebonyline.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of the Program rules, benefits, terms, conditions, and limitations without prior notification. If Ebonyline.com terminates the Program, any remaining unused Point balances will be forfeited.
