It' must have been an error because I love this unit. Most make gray wigs with the gray at the tip, which is not natural, our gray comes in at the root and for me, the front. I am silver, gray in the front and I still am dark gray to back in the back and this ombre is perfect. People always believe it's my hair even when I say otherwise. I love Ebonyline.com
