I only received 3 packs of hair when I ordered 4. I put a rush on the hair so I could get my hair done the following day. I couldn't get it done because I didn't have all the hair and the braids were a lot smaller than I thought. Then to top it all off my refund was cancelled for reasons unknown. The hair is still in the original packing untouched.
