The customer service is top notch and delivery was prompt even in these times of COVID 19. The unit came well packages hair soft but I do suggest washing and styling before use. My unit was in need of washing as itt had a packaged odor and a good amount of dark dye from either the hair or cap was noted in washing, but after than, I enjoy this unit. It is lightweight, breathable, the cut is cute and stays in place with or without got to be glued gel. It is definitely worth the purchase.

This cap is probably such a staple for wig wearing that it doesn't need reviewing. I sure like it better than the stocking cap. It's much stretchier and doesn't squeeze the head like the latter does. I like that it's open ended too - makes it easy to put on and fix the hair inside, especially if you have long hair like I do. The mesh lets you use pins. Good design. Highly recommend.
