I have ordered from this store for YEARS. I express shipped the wig to me, only for it to arrive smelling like heavy mold & mildew. That's dangerous health-wise! Yet I am responsible for paying for the return label, which costs $10 to ship, a restocking fee, & lord knows what else as I await the return processing. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with Ebonyonline as I am paying for their issues. Depending on how this goes in its entirety decides whether I'll patronize them again.
