I've ordered this wig before from Ebonyline and even though I ordered a different color this time, the quality is still the same. The hair is soft, the curls are bouncy and the lace is easy to tint and work with. I know it's "pre cut" but I did trim the lace a little more and now it's chef's kiss.

Hello Ebonyline, I purchased 5 wigs and was able to enjoy three of them. The other two wigs, I did not open simply due to the color. The color did not represent the color I saw online. Therefore, I contacted Ebonyline and requested to return the two wigs. I followed up three times over the last two weeks and have not received a response. Customer service is very important to me, therefore i will not order any wigs from Ebonyline again going further. I will also give a bad but honest review for the lack of customer service after receiving the wigs.

This hair is absolutely beautiful. The color is on point and the curls are so luscious that I didn't want to touch them with a wide toothed comb or a brush. It being a precut makes it even more ideal installation for beginners. The only downside of this wig, for me, is the longer I wore the more it started to tangle. The hair lost it's softness and started to feel a bit rough. However, it's still one of my favorite purchases this year.
