The wig was very beautiful but I did an exchange because it wasn't the right color. I haven't heard anything back yet about when I'm getting my new wig. Only that they received the exchange and the process was completed. I would like to get some information please as to when the wig is coming. It was received on the 9th of Oct and today is the 17th of Oct. It's been awhile with no communication
