The customer service is excellent! I returned the wig because it wasn’t for me. I reached out to customer service very late on a Sunday night. I had an issue submitting the return via the website (I was using my phone) I decided to send an email because I was leaving for vacation the next morning and was concerned about missing the timeframe of the return. I was very thrilled to receive a response soon after sending the email. The reply was very helpful and so appreciated at that time of the night. I was able to complete the return process after my vacation. Again, I still have to smile about that because the service and response was personalized to my situation. And they even included “have a safe trip” as well. You are awesome! Thank you!
