The shipping was fast, and the company itself was very responsive to customer service so I’ll give you that. But, the hair itself tangled everytime it seperated, the curls disappeared as well, I think freetrees has better curls than Bobbi.

I really liked the hair and it’s holding up pretty well only thing is that it took forever to receive the hair after I ordered so if you don’t need it right away and don’t mind waiting over two weeks for it then its should be all good for you and the actual product is a slay the service not so much
