I can’t return the two items because of your policy that said no return on sale items . The wig cap was so small ,the hair was very short not medium length like in the picture and I used to buy from you that color 4/27 but this was almost black, very dissatisfied.

I ordered color 3T217 (refer to Bobbi Boss Fago & Nicole) which has Blond #27 highlights. The clara I received stated color was 3T217 but it was a DARK RED HIGHTLIGHTS AND NOT CORRECT COLOR. The Bobbi Boss color chart "3T217 " is blond. I got ripped off TWICE and is this a gimmick to get rid of Clara wigs with wrong color tag. The color is horrible and I can wear it. Why do you DECEIVE customers with wrong color tag on wig?

Pros: It's hard for people to tell its a wig. Always receive complements. Cons:The quality of the wig is not always consistent. I ordered two wigs, one was nicely made and fit smoothly and the second one, the texture was different, not smooth, you could feel the bumpiness in the back and the comb not secure. It's a 50/50 chance with this wig. However, I like the brand.

I like the texture and color of the Bobbi Boss hair in general, very natural looking, and this is a nice polished style. But the cap on Clara is too small, very tight.(My head is not overly large)...maybe it's good for a kid.I will see if I can do some creative cutting on the cap.

I received my Clara wig quicker than I imagined. Love the texture of the hair. It is very soft and easy to put on. The clips fastened securely in my hair to hold my girl in place.My husband, who doesn't like wigs on me, loved the new look and paid me a compliment.I would definitely order from your company again.
