The ordering process and receiving was great. I need to return the order. The color is not what I wanted. Please know that I was sent what I ordered. I have emailed as directed regarding returns and I am awaiting a "ticket"/respoonse so that I can return it. That was Saturdaiy, a week ago. Thank you very much. I guess I will have to wait until my desired color is back in stock.

The wig had black on the front that didn't appear in the picture, for this reason I don't like the wig.
