I domt appreciate being called a liar. I in good faith ordered 6 bags of hair and only received 3 I reported it to your customer service by email only to be told the person your warehouse manager or supervisor that per video it show 6 bags were sent. This is a common response from online vendors who don't own up to what they promise to customer. Then you tell me that you will mot be doing business with me in the future which I can careless. So no not happy are all with your company and will not be doing business with you again and will tell everyone I know about your company.

The twists are very pretty,so very pretty, but the longevity of these braids are not good. It tangles very easily! even with preventative measures. I would not buy again. The quality is sub par. Sorry, but it's a no for me.

The braids are very nice but become fuzzy after the 3rd day. I even worn a bonnet at night. I will purchase again but on for a special event.
