The Sensational Bare Lace Glueless Wig I ordered on the Ebonyline website on April 26th, 2025 arrived to my home in used condition. I explained to a Ebonyline Customer Service Representative, I didn’t notice this wig had an extension glued to the right side of the wig until after I washed the wig. I asked for a replacement wig, or a partial refund. The Ebonyline Customer Support Representative offered me a partial discount. I accepted the Ebonyline Customer Support Representative offer, and the Ebonyline Staff replied to my email with a 10 percent discount promotional code. I explained to the Ebonyline Customer Support Representative a partial discount would be a $20.00 discount off a future purchase on the Ebonyline website. The Ebonyline Customer Support, replied to my email, and told me she processed a refund for $5.00 onto my Visa Debit Card.
Order came quickly as always. This hair is everything! I got it in three colors! Easy to comb through. I use mousse and occasionally detangler. It’s long so you can cut off the ends off they get frizzy and still be like long hair don’t care. Highly recommend.
