I’m very much disappointed due to this is not my first time complaining about these items. I submitted a refund a while ago and still today haven’t gotten one. I reordered hoping things would have gotten better. The top of the drawstring ponytail is horrible. You can see all the stitching once you pull it together and with that being like that I have to take extra hair from the ponytail to wrap around it to hide it and with that being done like that it becomes uncomfortable. I may not be ordering from here again. Lord knows I love your prices and also the convenience due to I don’t drive. I just fill like I’ve wasted money on items that is not properly done. Hopefully I can still get my old refund back and this refund as well. Or four more sent out that is prepared correctly. I’m also hoping to get a response back due to again I never got a response back from my last order!
