I’ve been a loyal Ebonyline customer for months, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The wig I received arrived damaged right out of the package — the clasp was improperly sewn and snapped immediately when I gently opened it. It was clearly a manufacturing defect, not user error.
What made things worse was the terrible customer service. Despite clearly explaining the issue (and sending photos), I was accused of tampering with the product and repeatedly denied a prepaid return label even though consumer law requires companies to cover return shipping for defective items. They only offered a partial refund for an unusable item, and when I pushed for a store credit or replacement, they became dismissive and rude. Ebonyline refused to take responsibility for sending a faulty product.
Buyers beware: If you receive a defective item, don’t expect Ebonyline to make it right. They clearly do not stand behind the quality of their products or respect their customers. I won’t be shopping here again.
Love this wig, but didn't last too long,so I bought more to wear everyday, but later I steamed the wig before I washed it, it came out great so now it's lasting much much longer, and people I don't know, tell me they love the wig and the color looks great on me.
