The hair in the front was a little longer than it appeared, but overall I liked it and receive compliments when i wore it.

The last wig I bought wasn't made correctly and they offered me, instead of an exchange, a refund minus a restocking fee of 20%. I explained that I should not be charged that because the item was defective. They said it's policy and have a nice day. Im unhappy.

All three wigs in the package were not received in good condition. The wigs were twisted and bent. I could not wear any of them. Very disappointed!

I am not sure about the color. I wanted a brown, slightly mixed, I was not able to choose based on how your colors are listed. The hair is falling in my face cause me to brush it away frequently. Wroking with is difficulty. I like the dressed up look it give. I would buy again in a deeper color.
