When purchasing this wig I thought it was silver all over. Th crown has black roots which I don’t care for. Not only that, this wig sheds something awful. I never even tried it on and there were hairs all over my table and clothes. I attempted to return the wig but my return was rejected for some reason. Over the years, I’ve purchased several wigs from Ebonyline as well as referred several friends to the site. Regrettably, that won’t be happening anymore. I guess all good things must come to an end.

I loved the item Jenna!! The only thing I can say is at the beginning of the middle part, the hair is very thin which makes the wig look like there is a small bald spot, but I tried manipulating the part and it looks a lot better. Thank you!!

When I first received Jenn she looked like a bad mistake. I didn't even try her on right away. Finally my curiosity got the best of me and I tried her on. I was a little surprised. Jenna is actually a fun piece she's light enough to wear everyday. The synthetic quality can be Barbie doll like. Not what I expected but she turned out to be kinda cool. I felt this I Love Lucy vibe going on.

I read the reviews on this wig and decided I would try it. It came back in a timely manner. When I put the wig on I just loved it. It looks like my hair. I love the color. I ordered two more of them. One in the color I ordered at first and then another color. All my friends love the wig. Want me to order one for them. Can't do it. I want this one for myself. Excellent wig. No cutting, just put on and shake out. It is adorable.

Product wasn’t what I expected, too much hair and the roots of the crown are black., I so tried to return it. The return process appears to discourage product returns. I was willing to pay return fee minus 20% restock fee but then I was instructed to print off the mailing label. Not having a printer, I emailed customer service to find an alternative return method and was instructed to go to a library or somewhere who does printing. I’m 76 yrs old and should not have to run all over town to return anything.
This wig has a beautiful style to it, perfectly shapes head, and i have gained many compliments. I truly enjoy this one.
